1) Belem 2009 Consultation – deadline extended

In order to ensure a broader participation of social movements and
organizations in the building of World Social Forum 2009 objectives, the
Belem's Organizing Committee and the IC Methodology Commission has agreed to
extend the consultation period to June 25th.

Civil society organizations and social movements are invited to visit the
website www.fsm2009amazonia.org.br and make their comments about the 9 goals
established for 2007 WSF in Nairobi, as well as make suggestions of new
objectives to the World Social Forum 2009.

Please send this newsletter to your contacts and networks and help making
the consultation process as most participative as possible.

The nine objectives listed for Nairobi 2007 WSF that are being submitted for
Consultation

2) Errata - IC meeting dates

Instead of what has been written in previous WSF Newsletter, the IC meeting
in Copenhangen (Denmark) won't happen from September 17th to 21st. These are
the dates of European Social Forum, that will happen in Malmö (Sweden). The
IC meeting in Copenhagen will happen just after ESF (dates to be confirmed
soon).
